How this training differs from other Constellation training

I would like to share something about myself. I’ve always been a learner and an explorer, and that’s my nature. So that in all the phases of my professional life, I’ve been an innovator. One of my strengths is the ability to “connect the dots”, to integrate different aspects, to simplify complexity, and to be able to explain and communicate in a practical, effective, simple way.
I have studied and practiced many methods for personal development, which I’ve integrated in my work. I’ve always been very passionate about Constellations from the very beginning, and I have practiced coaching and Constellations in the business context for more than 20 years now. In the training proposed by the Academy of Constellation, I have synthetized different approaches of Constellations, which I have learned first-hand by the main developers.
What are the main differences between this training and other Constellation training?
The first one is that it has been especially designed for Coaches, with very clear boundaries that differentiate this work from Family Constellations.
The second one is that we use a non-directive approach. According to the Coaching Alliance, we want to co-create the coaching process together with the Coachee.
The third one is that we have a very pragmatic approach. We want to keep the magic of Constellations without getting lost in “theoretical or esoteric trips”.
Fourth, it is based on a protocol which makes the learning much easier and quicker than any other approach based on modelling.
Fifth, it is immediately applicable to your coaching practice.
Sixth, you gain ICF CCEUs (Continuing Coach Education Units) to maintain or upgrade your credentials.
What is the structure of this training?
The training consists of three courses: Foundation, Groups&Teams and Transformation. The Foundation course aims at teaching how to use Constellations in one-on-one coaching, which is the most common work setting for Coaches. Moreover, it’s much easier to learn Constellations in a one-on-one setting than in a group setting.
